How the Party Works

SWAPO is a democratic organization structured to ensure the voice of the members informs the direction of the leadership. From the grassroots Section to the Congress, every organ plays a vital role.

The Congress

The supreme organ of the Party. Held every 5 years to elect the top leadership and determine policy.
